I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C), Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C), and a deeply empathic counselor for individuals walking through anxiety, grief, trauma, and seasons of change.

Get to work

We will schedule an Intake session. During the Intake we will get to know each other and develop a Treatment Plan together. This will help us where to begin and how I can best help you! We can meet weekly, or every other week - whenever best fits your needs and schedule.
